Shuitou City is one of the main stone processing centres in China. The presence of a very high number of companies, together with its proximity to Xiamen, has led Shuitou to be known also internationally.
Thanks to the precious collaboration with the company Quanzhou Grand Trading Co., which acts as exclusive agent in the Chinese and Taiwanese markets on behalf of Gaspari Menotti Technologies, it was possible to reach an agreement with the company Kings-Wing Stone (Xiamen) Co., which owns granite quarries, has its production plant in Shuitou and, to cut the extracted blocks into slabs, decided to use the innovative technology ensured by the prestigious Gaspari Menotti brand by choosing the GMW 2000 model multiwire machine.
It is a machine that can install up to 71 wires with a diameter of 6.3 mm, designed to guarantee high cutting performance and precision. Furthermore, the accuracy in the search for details allowed Gaspari technicians to create the multiwire machine with the lowest maintenance costs on the market.
The installation of this new machine allows Gaspari Menotti to be present again on the Chinese market with the awareness of being able to offer cutting-edge machines to satisfy the various requests.
