Jaipur is the reference city for the granite market in the state of Rajasthan, in the north west of India.
The development of the area attracted many companies that decided to start new granite processing plants and, among these, Miracle Stone Exports, a new entity created by the same owners of Miracle Stonex of Hosur, a company with a long experience in the granite cutting and processing sector.
The group interest in increasing its presence in international markets led to the choice of machines produced by Gaspari Menotti for cutting and processing granite.
The plant consists of the new GMW 2300 multiwire machine, top of the range of the GMW series produced by Gaspari Menotti, which installs up to 80 wires with a diameter of 6.3 mm to cut 20 mm thick slabs. GMW series multiwire is a machine studied down to the smallest detail and built to provide very high performance, guaranteeing the best ratio between wire life (in terms of hours) and productivity (m2 cut).
The plant is completed by a Gaspari polishing line equipped with automatic trolleys for handling the slabs, a two-disc cross cutter for squaring the slabs and a 20-head polishing machine Mirror G series capable of guaranteeing excellent polishing with low maintenance costs thanks to an IO-Link sensors system, which keeps the machine under control, passing various information to the operator, allowing him to prevent most of the machine downtime.
This new plant allows Gapari Menotti to strengthen its presence in an area of India which is experiencing a strong development and which is destined to become an important hub of granite processing, and Miracle Stone Exports to offer materials with first quality finishes to its customers.
