Ayga Trade & Industry PLC Semayata Dimensional Stone Factory, one of the most important names in the processing of granite in Ethiopia, has relied again on the Gaspari Menotti brand for the expansion of its production plant.
The project was born in 2015 with the installation of a complete plant that includes one JumboM 480/450 granite gang-saw, one GMW 1200 multiwire, one two-wire machine, a complete line for polishing slabs with one 22 head polishing machine, and an automatic cutting line to obtain tiles, all produced by Gaspari Menotti.
Precisely the excellent results obtained thanks to the high production capacity and reliability shown by Gaspari machinery in these years, have convinced the company to choose a GMW 2000 Series multiwire again to increase the production capacity of the plant.
It is a machine capable of cutting blocks up to 2 meters width with 68 wires, each of diam. 7.3 mm and equipped with latest generation electronic control systems.
