During the year 2022 Gaspari Menotti Technologies completed the installation of some new granite processing machines, among which the two twin plants of the companies Varsha Stones, in Hosur, and Miracle Stone Exports, in Jaipur, stand out. Both plants are made up of a multiwire machine model GMW 2300, which can install up to 80 wires to cut slabs with a minimum thickness of 20 mm. This is the top model of the GMW multiwire range, machines made with latest generation technology to provide excellent cutting performance with the lowest maintenance costs on the market. For slabs polishing, an automated line was supplied which includes the Mirror G model granite polisher with 20 heads, equipped with brushless motors, to ensure very high processing speeds, and IO-Link sensors to communicate with the control panel by constantly monitoring the machine.
Moreover, a GMW 2000 multiwire machine has been installed at Rajyog International, in Vizag and, by mid-2023, new installations in the Hosur area are expected, again of machines from the GMW series, confirming that the multiwire produced by Gaspari Menotti, as had previously happened for the famous Jumbomatic gangsaw, is the reference for granite blocks cutting.
