In 2020 Gaspari Menotti supplied Gramarcal with another GMW 2000 multiwire machine and the collaboration between the two companies continues with the installation of a new granite slab polishing line, which includes Mirror G 22-head polishing machine, considered the best machine present on the market, designed to offer performance at the highest levels even on difficult materials.
The mirror series polishing machine for slabs is an exclusive product, equipped with the most advanced technological solutions; among these we remember the beam speed up to 75 m / min and the latest generation electronics, which includes the IO-Link standard to minimize machine downtime and with sensors that make the machine communicate with the central control providing all the data as required by “Industry 4.0” regulation.
For its line, Gramarcal has chosen the Tronic robot for slabs handling, a “must have” for the complete automation of the line. Thanks to a reduced working cycle, Tronic allows to obtain high productivity and offers the possibility of handling the plates in “open book” mode.
The line is equipped with a 4-head waxing machine for applying protective wax on the slabs.
With this new polishing line, Gaspari Menotti further consilodates its presence in the Brazilian market, considered a worldwide reference for granite processing.
